Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Receivly. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. We've kept them simple and readable.

What Receivly is

Receivly is a software service provided as-is for invoice tracking and payment reminder purposes only. It helps you upload invoices, track outstanding payments, and send reminder emails to your buyers.

What Receivly is not

We are not a bank, NBFC, or financial institution. We do not provide loans, credit, or financial advice of any kind. Receivly is purely a productivity tool for managing your receivables.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you upload and the content of the payment reminders you send to your buyers through the platform. Please ensure all information you enter is correct and that any reminders you send are appropriate.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable if a buyer does not pay after receiving a reminder - we only facilitate the sending of reminders. Receivly does not guarantee payment collection and is not responsible for any disputes between you and your buyers.

Pricing and billing

Receivly costs ₹199/month, billed monthly via Dodo Payments. New accounts start with a free 7-day trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Account termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that misuse the platform, including but not limited to sending spam, uploading fraudulent invoices, or violating applicable laws.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, design, and materials on this site are owned by or licensed to Receivly and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
